Since my procedure, I’ve had 2 massages & consistently taken my lymph drainage drops twice a day. Pain is much more tolerable. I can finally walk around comfortably. I no longer wear my faja, just my foams, ab boards with a sweatband. Can’t wait to start working out!

Best Decision Ever Made
Let me walk u through it. I got abs and flanks done. Day of surgery, they gave me 3 pills to take to care for anxiety: lorazepam, hydrocodon/ace & Keplex. Very helpful! I was so nervous. Then I waited 40 mins to start anesthesia process. A breeze, slight burning and pinching. Then the lipo happen & it was so easy. Dr. Segev had me stand up to check his work. I hardly felt the cannula. It was no pain. It lasted for about 1:30 to 2 hrs. Day after, I was in so much pain & very sore. Make sure someone is with u. I brought lipo foams, ab boards, arnica products, lymphatic drainage drops, etc. The pain was not easy enough that I could work, but enough to handle. I’m already seeing results. I don’t have a pic of my frontal before, but I’ll post what I can! Feel free to ask me questions.

Thank u!! Pain is getting better if I stay still & lie down. I went to get a manual lymphatic massage today & it was quite painful esp the sides. I try to massage with arnica oil daily & wear aspere lidocaine creme under my faja. The most pain I feel is when I walk.
Those massages are very helpful with drainage. You'll see in another day or two you'll start feeling more like yourself.

Ugh not sure why it did not post my full comment. Sorry! I paid $3800. I got 3 areas: upper & lower abs ($3200), facility fee ($500), garment ($100). ALC is having a special for 50% off laser lipo. The special is under promotions on their site.
I forgot to mention the third area which was flanks along with the two areas of abs.

Still looking great! I’m planning to get my back done as well to make it proportionate. The fat has nor returned back to the area, still flat!

Ask plenty of questions! Make sure to ask what results they can give u. Also, You can pay up until 2 weeks b4 the surgery date so take ur time to make ur decision.
