Office review: Dont Waste Your Time

I am a patient of Blue Sky and have seen that Blue Sky and Derma Blue were connected in some way. Figured I would give it a shot since I am very happy with Blue Sky. Made appointment 2 weeks out and 30 min before appointment I get a call saying they are unable to do the appointment without an RN present. I literally live over an hour away. Took the day off work, went to the bank on the way because I planned on paying for a hair removal package only to be told that they could not do the appointment because of their failure to know that I was a "new patient" to their office. Completely unprofessional, incompetent and disrespectful to a working woman who was taking time off for this procedure. After being treated with complete disrespect and it being 100% their fault, the only thing I was offered was a chance to "rebook" my appointment. Who in their right mind would put themselves through that again?
