Bad Experience - Scammed out of Money
I have been trying to schedule a consultation the last two months, 1st one was canceled because the Doctor wasn't available. Nobody would return my calls after that. I still have the voicemail canceling the appointment. Come to find out, the business has permanently closed and I still have an $840 balance on my account from paying up front. Now I have contacted Department of Consumer Affairs, Better Business Bureau, and Board of Cosmetology in hopes they can help me retrieve my balance.
It would be nice if a notice would be sent out to clients in advance that the business is closing, so they can decide what to do with their money and services. Hopefully the business will call me to resolve this rather than waiting months for a solution.
