3rd treatment

So this picture is 3 days after my third treatment. Definitely becomes more painful with each treatment. Something weird is that ever since my treatment, I’ve been very lubricated down there. It could just be a coincidence but it started right after my treatment. Also, I’m thinking about switching to a new laser place. Not because this place is bad (hybrid md), it’s just that I thought with the Brazilian that they would go all the way back to my anus and they don’t. I didn’t think it was a big deal at first, but now my hair is on completely different growth cycles and I don’t really like it. If I do decide to switch, I’ll let you know how that goes!

The place i go to (3 sessions so far) has been excellent. The girls even ask if i want a particular section done or not.

Thank you so much for these updates! I have just started asking around for both brazilian and my underarms area. From what I was told at my place, Brazilian should include the anus area. I've got 2 more consultation sessions with 2 more surgeries, then I'll decide which surgery to choose from. I'm a swimmer and I'm looking forward to the day when I do not have to do anything anymore!!!

I also appreciate your willingness to share - it's not easy to get good information about this. I had one consultation for this region of the body several years ago, and I found that even within a large and highly recommended dermatology office the different staff members weren't coordinated about what specific areas they would treat. So frustrating! Best of luck with the future treatments!

They should absolutely include the anal area in a Brazilian. You’re probably right to try another place that does.

I just shaved for the second time in my 8 week time before my next treatment. I really didn’t need to shave again but I’m going to the beach so just wanted to get done straggler Hairs. I’m very annoyed by all these dots though.

Thank you for continuing to update us on your journey. I'm really interested in getting this done myself so it's really helpful. I hope you can figure out what those dots are and I hope they eventually go away.

Pretty sure the dots you’re seeing are just the residual hair follicles/roots. As the treatments progress they will gradually disappear. Thanks again for such excellent progress updates.

looks fantastic. dots will go. they are sometimes ingrown hairs.

I was wondering if you just have the hair removed on your vagina for a Brazilian or if they actually do a full Brazilian including your butt.

Update!

So I shaved like 4 weeks ago and this is its hair growth. Those scars I was worried about are completely gone. Hair growth is different in every area. Some hairs haven’t even grown in a month and some have. My hair is now really soft, it’s no i her coarse like it used to be. If someone can let me know if they know what these black dots that I pointed to, that would be amazing!

I just got mine done as well (1st treatment), and I have black dots too. I assume they're maybe hair follicles under the skin that will work their way out? Maybe the laser enhanced the color of the melanin? Not totally sure.

Google pepper spots - it'll explain what it is and why. Its just a dead hair - you can squeeze em out easily, or exfoliate a lot

Normalt it's the thick hairs that goes away first. So thinner softer hair is normal
