I had the worst experience with this provider and his staff, especially the Office Manager Sue G. I found them all to be very rude and the Doctor became an issue of great concern regarding the information he gave me and his availability. He speaks to his staff in a deplorable manner, He condescending to his patients, which they in return pass on to the patients in the same way. I initially scheduled procedures with the Doctor, but quickly realized the next day after my consult that both the Doctor and the Office manager misinformed me about all aspects of the procedure and there practice/policies. I canceled the following day and they have refused to refund my Credit Cards since May 29, 2019, claiming I only canceled one part. Why would any one be concerned about a Physician and cancel only one part of a procedure the non-surgical part, yes I am worried about your abilities but operate on me anyway? This makes no sense I had canceled it all. However they knew I was never going to come back and made up a false story to hold my credit card & me hostage. But to me in my own opinion it appears that they are desperate for money and will tell you anything to get that payment and then you will see the unprofessional and unethical side when you start feeling concerned or want to change your mind. This is a Doctors office are Doctors not supposed to care and protect Human being, well not this one. They have made my life a living nightmare. I have had to file disputes with my credit card companies and complaints on federal and state levels to get assistance. The Doctor has never even returned a call or request to speak with him. The office manager ignores you and any request you may have to speak with him. She not only will bully you but make up fables to cover up her scam by trying to make you seems like a liar and demean your character, all while acting like they care. Please beware of them. I wish I had never made an appointment with them they are the worst. I have learned a big lesson, but I will stand my ground. No matter how long or what it takes, I will not be bullied or scammed out of my money. This is my honest review based on my own interaction with this provider and his staff.
