I was visiting Dr. Mall for fillers and he had mentioned that I would be a good candidate for the laser resurfacing. It was something I had been considering but was nervous about the downtime and discomfort. As a regular client at New Image I trust and know they have my best outcome in mind and have never felt pressured to try a procedure. Michelle is my aesthetician. I see her regularly for Titan and laser treatments. She is a perfectionist and her attention to detail keeps me loyal. She is never in a rush and makes sure to educate you as she treats you. I also love that she incorporates a little facial massage into everything she does!

Dr. Mall is the doctor at New Image and he has provided numerous treatments for me including fillers and botox. I have always been thrilled with the results. He NEVER pressures me into buying product and, in fact, recommends the less is more approach saying we can always come back and do more later. I also love that he is always present and timely. He never keeps me waiting and will even come out to the reception area to greet patients when available. He is SO down to earth and approachable!
