I've gotten Juvederm done several times and I LOVE...

I've gotten Juvederm done several times and I LOVE it! My upper lip is naturally thin and I had deep laugh lines. It's been about 4 years since I did it last. So it was time to do it again especially since I was already going to be under for surgery. They're still swollen and leveling out but I'll post pics later once I heal.
Dr Richards used 2 syringes ($625 each retail) in the lips and laugh lines.

Your after surgery picture reminds me of my after surgery picture because my eyes also bruised and I had a similar cast. I did have packing in my nose for 2 weeks; the cast was also kept on for 2 weeks. Did you have any packing? I had my nose done in Dec of 1997 and I have seen less people have packing since then... I'm not sure if surgical techniques changed or I just had a really big nose... haha! I did have one but I have seen some people have no cast or packing. I hope you are feeling well & congratulations! How do you like the Juvederm in your lips?

I was SO afraid I'd get packing! I didn't want to feel like I can't breathe. I saw the famous PS on Bridalplasty use packing on the TV show so I know they do it but mine didn't.

Thank you! I Think my upper right side is slightly bigger but most likely due to the nose job and only 10 days PO. Keep massaging and I've been using Arnica tabs and gel to get the swelling and bruising down :)

I got a Juvederm touch up today and my lips hurt me... I took some Tylenol. I always seem to have one side bigger than the other.. I will post some pics now. Thank you for sharing your thoughts and story. Your Doctor did an amazing job and it sounds like you did your research. I met with a lot of Plastic Surgeons before I found the right Doctor. I felt comfortable with him and I also feel it was the best decision ! :-)
