Dr Lafranchi provided me with exactly what I asked for at a reasonable price. I look 10-15 years younger and am completely satisfied with the results. I had blepharoplasty (eyelids), face and neck lift. I had consults with other surgeons and they all wanted to do more extensive work that I felt I needed. Dr Lafranchi worked with me and agreed that what I wanted was appropriate.

phenomenal results!! You must be thrilled! Your after photo at 2 months does not show any marionette area. Did you have any filler/fat transfer/... thanks

Hi Deb...you look lovely but why do the pics seem sort of grainy? I am considering this doctor but I am hoping that the photos are not retouched as are some photos from other doctors.

Thank you. They are not retouched. They were printed on regular printer paper, not on photo paper.

Your neck looks fantastic! I am considering him. Would you be able to take photos of incisions around the ear (and/or)chin?

I just had a face/neck lift with a lower blethroplasty on Jan 25th. I am in the midst of my recovery. Nice to see your comments. Your photos are very nice. I am only 8 days post op so still dealing with one pain area and the general numbness. I really am going in the right direction and can see the beginning of how natural and pleasant this is going to be! PATIENCE IS A BIG PART OF A FACELIFT. Relaxing and not expecting yourself to be back to normal in a week. I did Lipsuction, Breast Augmentation (17 years ago) Implant Removal and a Radical Hysterectomy. This is the most delicate and slow to recover procedure. Must take care as I don't want to feel run down. So far so good. Congrats on how nice you look!

Good luck with your surgery. I am not documenting just because I'm a nervous wreck & so worried about the surgery, I just don't think I can do it. BUT I APPRECIATE ALL THE LADIES WHO POST & SHARE. When reading about how hard the first few days are, HOW DO YOU LADIES DO IT??? I appreciate reading everyone's posts & some make me even more nervous but I want to know what I am in for.

Good Luck with your surgery!! So exciting! I documented my lower face & neck lift & upper bleph to pretty good detail. Had many more pics up but there are still some there if you press on my profile you'll find my review. Usually the scariest part is the research. Just follow your Dr.'s instructions pre & post op & you'll do great. Taking arnica & bromelaine?

Your result is exactly why all of us keep “dreaming” of a better head on our shoulders (cuz us older ladies are bright lol), and the youthful eyes/ neck:face to match
