Reminder of how fantastic Dr. Lanfranchi is...neck and lower facelift

I had a neck and lower face lift and neck lipo in 2016 and these are the before and after photos; I was 52 when I had this done. Dr. L is fantastic and an artist with the incisions and stitches. This is done while you are awake and there are a lot of numbing shots but just remember it is all worth it. I had my upper and lower eyes done a year later; same fantastic experience.

Update 4 years post face/neck lift
Hello! I had a lower face and neck lift and neck lipo four years ago. You can tell by the photos where the scar now shows under my ear lobes that my face has slipped down a little. Maybe that's normal after four years? Neck lipo, upper and lower bleph, and lower face lift still the best experience and money spent!

I'm 57 so I can't complain but if I had the money right now, I would definitely book with Dr. Lanfranchi for some more work on my face! :)

Can I ask the price shown. What procedure was that for. Neck and lower face? It seems very reasonable. I will look him up. I'm 51 and live in the uk. Prices here are very expensive for a great surgeon.
the $8000 was not for the neck and lower face lift, I honestly can't remember the cost of the neck/lower face lift and neck lipo, or the upper and lower bleph :(
What did you put on your scars to help with the scaring? They look fantastic! Please do share!
There is Arnica or Arnicare gel for topical pain relief which I don't think I used, and I can't remember what I used for the scars but the dr.'s office tells you what to buy. Honestly I didn't use much of any of it; the lack of scars is due to the artistry of the dr and his stitches.

Awesome result! I had a mini lift Dec 6. I had a ton of lower skin too. I’m happy thus far. How far did the incisions run down the back of neck/hairlinefor you? Does he use general anesthesia?
This is done under local anesthesia. The incisions run all along the hairline from the front of the ears to almost the middle in the back. :)
