I Am Ecstatic About my Lower Face and Neck Lift - Las Vegas, NV

Yes, one a few weeks before surgery and the other one was taken a couple of days ago, 3 or 4 days after surgery. This was also done under local anesthesia in case anyone is wondering.

Since I was doing this under local anesthesia only, I did not want to do my eyes at this point until I saw what it was like doing the rest under local. I am so happy with the way things went, that I won't mind doing my eyes under local anesthesia in the near future. I took medication before the procedure just to relax, it did not put me to sleep, and I had no IV sedation,...just injections to numb all areas. Then he did neck liposuction, a tiny bit of jowl lipo, and the neck and lower facelift. Personally, I'm glad I didn't do my eyes at the same time. The discomfort during recovery, while minor in my case, is not something I would have wanted to compound with the eye recovery, but that's just me. Depending on a person's lifestyle, most people probably want to get all of the recovery out of the way at the same time and be done with it.

My doctor also does ONLY neck and face work, which is what I believe you should look for.

Is it normal to do liposuction before the necklift?

Your photos do not look like you need any in my opinion but if you look at my earliest before picture, you'll see how much fat I had in that area.

Great! I'm curious as to what your 'before' photo looks like because your profile photo is so stunning! You don't look like you need one thing done!

In my opinion, mine were very flat and neat. I just got the stitches out on Wednesday, so I'll post a couple of photos of what it looks like behind my ears right now.

Thank you! I think it's pretty shocking. I just had my two week appt yesterday and got the rest of my stitches out. His name is Dr. Lanfranchi. You should look up his website in Las Vegas or give them a call. He only deals with neck and face surgery, all done under 'local' anesthesia.
