I arrived home on March 09-2018 from Las Vegas...

I arrived home on March 09-2018 from Las Vegas Nevada. I had all of my teeth replaced with the G4 implants solution provided by Dr Golpa and his incredible office staff on March 7th. Wow, what a pleasant experience! Back in January I decided I needed to do something about my teeth. They were in bad shape. I had been wearing upper and a lower partials over twenty years. They were old, brittle and breaking all the time, and of course always at the wrong time. The partials broke again in January. My local dentist suggested replacing the old partials with new ones and extracting three broken teeth along with some additional repairs such as caps etc. etc. He also suggested false teeth. I had no desire to go that route. I had to do something. I’ve seen advertisements on TV for Clear Choice dental implants. I had seen many mailing from the local dentists selling implants. After reviewing many dentists who do implants here and around the country I was very disappointed with the prices they advertised. Very expensive and a lot of travel. Also the process I’d have to endure is terrible. May be as long as 6 months, along with many interim visits. I happened on Dr Golpa's website finding the process was quite simple i.e. 24 hours and you’re done. The price was still high, however more reasonable then everyone else. I called the office and wound up talking to Andrea (a great lady) I asked many question received great and satisfactory answers, talked to Carlos who happens to be Andreas husband. He too provided a very good answers to my questions. I decided to go ahead and book an appointment. I watched all the videos I could get my hands on and read many on line testimonials. I was a bit nervous throughout the waiting period, but was convinced this is the only route I wanted to pursue. I arrived in Las Vegas on the 6th of February ready for my appointment the next day. All of the necessary prescriptions had already been called in and the transportation arrangements to and from the hotel were in play. The office promptly picked me up for my appointment the next morning. Walked in to the office and was met by the office staff, I would call “The Personalities with a Grand Smile,” super nice folks setting me at ease immediately. I had all of the preliminary CT scans, x-rays, photographs, measurements and impressions finished with in the first hour. Everyone in the office are fantastic, did not pre-judge or make any comments. Very professional and pleasant. The Doctors and assistants were gracious as they could be. The anesthesiologist introduced himself to me, inserted the IV and the next thing I knew the surgery had concluded. No pain associated with the procedure….nothing. I went back to the hotel that afternoon had a milk shake, ate or attempted to eat some soup from a local restaurant. I ate/drank the liquid, but could not eat the rest of it. It was spicy, however it did not bother me. I slept very well that night without any pain or discomfort. I didn’t have to use any medicine for pain…..I had no pain.  I was picked up the next day to receive my new teeth. The young lady who put my teeth in was very nice, exceptional and professional. After the teeth were inserted she called one of the doctor’s to check the alignment, very little adjustment was required. Again, no pain. I was done, time to go home. The nice part is when I walked out of the office 24 hours after surgery with new teeth, no pain, no bills all paid up. Done! How about the cost? Everyone needs to know its not cheap, $30,000. Yes, expensive. I feel it was well worth the price. A true value compared to other dentists around the country. I’m 72 and planning to live my life out with a good set of teeth… Thanks to Doctor Golpa and his super professional team. What a grand experience at a dentist office.  ……… Today is Monday March 12th, 6 days after surgery and I’m feeling great. Getting accustom to me to having the new teeth in my mouth is a minor challenge. I have a little bit of bruising on my left lower cheek and a little swelling. The inside of my mouth is a little raw, however very easy to deal with. Each day is better then the day before. I’ve had no trouble sleeping and going about my daily routine. I did experience the hiccups and belching during the three days after surgery. A gentleman heard me talking about it in the office the day I received my teeth and he said some patients have experienced what I was dealing with. He suggested drinking a coke to minimize this reaction. I found the coke helped. I no longer belch or have the hiccups. Eating is a little bit of a task. I found eating today is easier then two days ago. I can see in time where I’ll feel fine eating just about anything I’d like.
