Top of the line top notch work. The man is a genius and I have been telling everyone I can how amazing Dr. golpa is. From A-Z he is the best at what he does. The G4 solution that he created or tweeked I should say is remarkable. He is the man and anyone in any part of the world I recommend going all the way to Vegas to get this or any procedure done there. My life is forever changed. Thank you Dr. golpa - a true expert and artist.

What is G4? Also did you have extensive bone loss?
March 16, 2016
I too went to dr. Golpa. G4 is the way the implants are put in so you get your permanent titanium bridges the next day. They say most people, even those with bone loss can get implants. Google his name and check out his website. It's very comprehensive.

nearly 3 months since surgery

Just wanted to update since I had my G4 solution nearly 3 months ago. All I can say is wow. I've read a lot of reviews on similar procedures and see some horror stories but what I can tell everyone , my teeth , my healing , my entire process has been amazing ! Currently I still have no issues. I'm basically healed from what I can tell. I'm sure there's several months more of actual healing and the implants setting into the bone completely but as far as function , pain etc. I'm feeling 100% and have been since probably 3 weeks after the surgery. I can't stress enough that if you are considering implants , all on 4 or anything in the permanent solution category you must go to Vegas and see Dr. golpa - so far I've yet to find an issue from booking my appointment to having it all done to finally being here now writing this update. If I'm to be honest the only complaint would be I can't stop eating ( because I can again with ease ) and smiling. It's probably obnoxious by now! That being said the doc and that office changed my life.

I got 16 implants.

How much for 16?is that 8 on top 8 on bottom?how would you compare them to your natural teeth when your natural teeth were at their best
March 16, 2016
Dr. Golpa charged me 35,500 for a complicated case. Clear choice wanted 50,000. His fees include an anesthesiologist, assistant surgeon, plus lodging and driver in Vegas. You just need to show up and they do the rest! I'm not the original poster. Mine were done by dr. Golpa three weeks ago.

How is the cleaning process. Do you have to use any particular cleaning system and how often? Does food get stuck under bridges? Is it true that there is a gap between the gum and the bridges? which sometimes shows and allows food to get trapped. Hope to hear from you soon. You look great. Thanks.

Hey there @maribelp - there is a gap but it's never seen. Ever ! Your created gum line goes very high so while its there even if you open mouth smile very big you still won't see it. The food that does get in there with a quick swig of any beverage it comes right out so don't worry so much about that. It's almost natural now to do that where i don't think twice. Also in the morning and at night I water pik as well to make sure they stay clean. The entire process takes less then 3 minutes each time so again no harm there either. Hope this helped.

Thank you for your answer it really helped. Many people have mentioned the water pik but also mentioned flossing? Is flossing part of the cleaning process? Going back to the gap I am very happy you explained since others have said that it is seen when the gums begin to shrink. In my case I had my teeth extracted 1 year ago. I wear a full denture on top which I hate and have not been able to get adjusted to. The lower I have an over denture supported by 3 implants but it is removable. I would love to have this procedure done. I am 1/2 way there. It may be less expensive for me since I do not require extractions. I need to call Dr. Golpa and ask if the implants I have now can be converted to the 4G. I am hoping it will be possible or they will have to be removed and new implants put in. I had a lot of pain and many issues with the work I had done. I hope I have the same luck as you. You look wonderful. Thank you for sharing your experience with us it helps us make the right choice. Sorry it took me a little while to comment.
