No longer being satisfied with my current look and the age of my saline implants, I decided to research and find a better surgeon to do my replacement. After reading all of the great reviews and examining the photo gallery of his work, I chose to set my consultation up with Dr. Bryson Richards. I immediately felt very comfortable with him and confident that he would be able to give me the desired outcome I was hoping to achieve. I was to look no further. I set my surgery date for June 15, 2016. Scheduled for exchange of 325 cc mod profile saline to 550 cc HP natrelle gel implant. Since I was totally against new scars, Dr. Richards assured me he could go through my existing periareolar incision. He also promised that with the way he was going to set the implants a breast lift would not be needed at this time.

He was my first and last consultation. He and his entire staff made me feel so comfortable starting with my first phone call made to his office. He has a great personality with excellent bed side manner. He even gave me his personal number to call him if I ever need anything. He was concerned for my well being post op and called me at home approximately 6 hours afterwards just to make sure I was doing ok. I went to my 1 week post op follow up today and I can tell you that he is an artist in his own nature. I received everything he said I would. A new set of beautiful perfect breasts. Symmetrical 550 cc HP gel implant using my existing periareolar incision. Virtually painless, only needed ibuprofen 800mg a couple of times post op. I was even able to return to work in 2 days! (Light duty of course). One week later, absolutely no bruising and sutures removed today revealed perfect periareolar incisions healing properly. Everything just as he promised.
