At first I was nervous going from saline to silicone but after discussing the new technology behind the new silicone implants thoroughly with Dr Richards and his staff I couldn't wait to get them done. Dr Richards made me green comfortable, he has incredible bedside manner, very knowledgeable and does incredible work. I am extremely happy with my results and recommend him to everyone!

do you have any photos ? what brand of silicon did you get ? what size ? over or uder ?i have so many questions
I went from 475cc saline implants to 650cc silicone under the muscle. I had 2 children and breastfeed both of them so I had a little extra room for larger implants. They look so nice! I am 5'9" so it matches my body very well. I'm extremely happy with my results.
