I just had my surgery on 07/23/16 with Dr.Richards of Las Vegas . Very kind & caring Doctor . I had a breast revision from under the muscle to over the muscle . Originally I was 371cc of Natrelle Allegram COHESIVE SILICONE ( GUMMY BEAR ) , now I have Natrelle Inspira 545cc . I was originally 34B before having any surgery . The reason I had a revision is because I suffered from a well know breast conflict called " DUBBLE BUBBLE " with slight downing . I am an exotic dancer & my club requires me get naked so it was a very big issue for me . My old breast were perfect as long as they stayed in the bra . Right now I am still bandaged up from having my surgery . In the next 2 days i will post updates after my post-op appointment on Tuesday .

Bandages Removed Day 2
Finally got my bandages removed on day 3 . Please note I had no idea what I looked liked under the tape . But after removing I must say I am pretty impressed . They're a Little than I thought but I know it's only because of swelling :)

Day 3 : Looking Even Better
Day 3 : Just Photo Uploads. Only issues is muscle spasms in right tit , left tit absolutely no pain . Just a reminder I have 545cc SRX Natrelle Inspira, OVER the muscle

Wow they look great!!! Are they softer or more firm than the first set? My current set are a litter firm but no rippling... I want to change from these to the Natrelle Inspia for more projection but don't want to risk having rippling.., I'm also above the muscle...

With the Natrelle Inspira , you are less likely to get rippling because of how full they are . Compared to other implants you can really see the difference. I have the Ultra Full option so it's pretty filled up .
My old implants were gummy bear so they were super soft , right now I'm 10 days post op , but there super hard right now :(

I currently have the Sientra moderate profile 510cc. I wonder if I change to the 545 SFX would be too small for me? My BWD is 14. I'm 5'3" weight fluctuates between 150-155 I have thick thighs and booty... Just try to balance with my top...

Since you have Sientra I'm not sure . Because I went from 371 to 545 . But since there different brands there totally different. But I absolutely love these new INSPIRA. I weight 145 . & my butt is pretty big also ( I'm a dancer ) but I just got lipo last Tuesday . So my [RS bleep] match my frame perfectly now

Looking good. After seeing this I'll go with 700 because mine will be under the muscle. We decide 650-700. I weigh 127 5 3". Yours looks really great!

If your 127 , 700cc might be to big . Originally when I had Natrelle Silicon (gummy bear ) filled I was 371cc & it brought me out to 34DD . But sadly after 7 months I developed Doubble bubble . But my Natrtte Inspira have more cc's but it looks totally different because this implant had more projection outward than any other implant
