Over the past few years I have noticed my saline implants really slumping to the sides and the tissue hanging lower than desired. Its been about 10 years so I knew it was time to revise and go with a more modern design. I chpse Dr. Richards because of his revision history/ before and afters, and was absolutely thrilled with how he proceeded.
