Hi fellow RealSelfers! So my surgery is scheduled...

Hi fellow RealSelfers! So my surgery is scheduled for next month, I'm at a 36B right now, I can also wear a 34C . I've always fluctuated in size since High School, I was a D back then but as I've gotten older they've deflated a bit. I just think of my boobs as very boring when I used to think they were great. I'm so excited about my surgery, set on Silicone, under the muscle, incision under the breast. The only thing I can't decide on is the size and high definition or moderate plus shape. I've spoken to at least a dozen coworkers and friends who've gotten theirs done and It's left me more confused than ever! Some say they wish they went bigger, some say don't go too big or you'll regret it. Some love high profile implants and some say they left their breasts too far apart. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Forgot to add sizes I'm conflicted on.

I forgot to add which sizes I'm conflicted about, I'm trying to decide between 450cc's and 475cc's, my doctor recommended about 500-550 but they seemed too big to me when I tried them on. And not sure which to do, high profile or moderate plus, so scared I'm going to make the wrong decision! Added some pictures of augmentations I like, I do kind of like the obvious high up augmentation look over the natural sloped look.
