-About 100lbs
-34B cup in VS
-Moderately active
-Asian
Surgery goals:
-Natural looking small D cup
-Unsure if I want mod or high profile, but looking to high profile
-Silicone mentor
-Under the muscle
-Inframammary incision
I've already had my phone consult last month with my surgeon, Dr. Hankins in Las Vegas. I currently live in Seattle and will be flying out to LV for my in person consult and surgery next week! I decided on Dr. Hankins based on his credentials, competitive pricing, and patient reviews of other BAs he has done. So far I am confident in his skill and knowledge. The phone consult took about 20 minutes and he took the time to listen and answer any questions I had. He recommended that based on my goals, I should be able to get my desired look with 350-400cc, so we will see what we come up with after my in person consult. I have heard that it is best to go a little over what is recommended because the breasts will get smaller after the healing process, which is why I want 415cc to be safe!

Pre op appt, 2 days until surgery!!
I arrived in Las Vegas yesterday from Seattle! Today was my pre op appt where I got to meet my PS and discuss sizing, answer questions, get my prescriptions and such. It took about two hours before picking up my medications. Bambi his nurse was amazing at what she does. I felt super comfortable knowing she’s been under my PS for years now. Meeting my PS went fairly quick actually considering I already had my options planned before coming and had my questions ready. I was originally planning on getting 415cc but my PS taught me that based on my body stats and diameter (~11cm) I would best suit 350cc HP unders if I want a natural looking small D without looking fake. I have a good amount of my own breast tissue already (per my PS) so I wouldn’t need to go as big as I planned. I tried on the sizer with 350 on my right and 375 on my left (see photos). I totally felt comfortable with 350! Not too big but just right. Got my meds ready and tomorrow I’ll be getting the rest of the stuff I need post op with my boyfriend. Any recommendations on what to get would be amazing!! I’m so excited :)
