Hoping This is the Solution to my Dental Nightmare...Las Vegas, NV

I am a 28 year old male that has had dental trouble all of my life. Between bad genetics, smoking and poor dental hygiene my teeth have lost the battle. I am a twin and I always say that My brother got the brains and the teeth and I got the looks and strength. Being premature we had to take a lot of medication. That continued for the first couple years of my life. My baby teeth came in basically all in one day (Which is hilarious because that is how I will get my new teeth). Because they came in all at once my mouth was crowed with teeth that never stood a chance, Because of all of the medication my enamel was thin and I would constantly get cavities. At this point I wasn't smoking and had good hygiene for my age. Fast forward past having my wisdom teeth out at 12 years old. Around 14 I began drinking more and more soft drinks and started smoking. My teeth didn't know what hit them. At 22 I had 9 teeth extracted and began my journey with partials. After having the partials for 5 years they have began to damage all of the teeth in my mouth that I have had "fixed" over and over again. I reached the point where I was going to have to spend another couple of thousand dollars fixing my teeth and I began to research the All-on-4. I read and read and re-read and I found Dr. Golpa. I watched every movie and read every paragraph on his site and then started googling everything about him I could think to google. Overall every thing I read and watched was good so I finally made the call and spoke with Carlos and Amanda. They answered every question and then some. I booked my appointment that day and I am patiently waiting for my appointment in February for my new smile.
