Day 6 post op
I didn't take pics on days 4 or 5 because I am lazy!! But here is me day 6. All of the rough skin has sloughed off. You can still see little box marks all over my face from the laser but so far it is healing well. All of my scars are still visible. When I am healed up I will post more up close pics and some side to side ones. I know that it takes up to 6 months for the collagen production so I am remaining positive. The various spots of hyper pigmentation I had previously have vanished though, so that is good. My pores on my cheek are smaller too, but still existent. I'd say they improved like 30-40%. I am still staying out of the sun completely. I stopped wearing aquaphor on my face on day 4 because my doctor said it was OK to stop at my check up.
Day 4 Post op
Healing seems to be very quick! I'm washing my skin 3-4 times a day to exfoliate and keeping the aquaphor on at all times. My skin feels rough to the touch and soaks in the cream really quickly. The aquaphor is making me break out though :(
Day 3 post op
I haven't updated in a few days so I will do my updates chronologically. Day 3 was an itchy day but I took some Benadryl and it helped a lot. The spots on my face were the darkest and most noticeable on day 3. When I washed my face at night, a lot of dead skin came off.
