Need Help with Revision, Larger Breast Implants.

WORTH IT
It's been one year and 5 months since my breast augmentation and breast lift with Dr. Cambeiro at surgispa Las Vegas Nv. As I reflect, I knew my surgery was going to be significant. I breastfed 4 children and lost every sort of feminine shape to my breasts. My nipples point downward and they lost nearly all their volume. I used to refer to them As my hound dog puppy ears... As any other woman that is interested in doing a "boob job" I asked friends first, and then did a little investigating for a surgeon locally. I asked my surgeon to make them as large as possible, and he was honest and said it would be a significant surgery to lift and place a good sized implant in. We agreed to 600cc and on moderate plus projection implant and to be placed under the muscle. I started with a very deflated saggy 38b. After surgery I was delightfully told that I was given 650cc which was bigger than I was expecting, but joyfully happy he was able to make them just a bit bigger. As, I initially wanted the largest 800cc Sizers I tried on at consultation. After the drop n fluff I currently a 40dd bra. Now that I'm at almost a year and half later, I still like them, but the healing process left me with large and almost a 1/2 inch wide scars on my anchor lift which I didn't expect, or maybe thought that they wouldn't be so large . I have a ridge on my lower left nipple that was supposed to "smooth" out after a year of settling, at the junction on the anchor lift that just didn't heal as the other side so nicely. I'm going back next week to discuss a revision and possibly an internal bra for larger implants. I feel like my current implants fall deep to the sides on my chest while laying down. From what I've been reading, it may be due to overly large implant breast pockets. I'm Hoping for the best, but keeping my options open to different doctors/surgeons to help me achieve the larger fake look.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after breast surgery. You demonstrate your concerns nicely with the photographs and with your description. Based on all the information, I think that you have a good understanding and will likely benefit from capsulorraphy (adjustment of the breast implant capsules) as well as breast re augmentation. You are correct in that careful selection of plastic surgeon and careful communication of goals will be key. For example, it will be important that you demonstrate to your plastic surgeon what you mean by the "larger fake look"; as you can imagine, this may mean different things to different people. Best wishes.
