42 Much Needed Revision After Breastfeeding 3 Kids - Las Vegas, NV

Most genuinely nice person I ve met in a very long time. Listened to my wants and gave me his own opinions. Had my original implants done 12 years ago after I nursed 2 children. I was sure I was not having anymore kids. Original implants 475cc saline mentor smooth round under muscle. Fast forward 12 years . I had 3 more children whom I breastfed until they were at least 18 months each. My boobs were sad,sad,sad. They were floppy and one was hard . Looked like 2 different boobs on same person. I scheduled consult , absolutely loved Dr.Richards , scheduled surgery . He made me laugh day of surgery. Came in to see how I was doing before surgery and draw on me. Brought 3 different sizes to try out 600, 650 & 700cc. I told him I wanted upper pole as well as a dd. he was so confident and excited when he opened my sheet to draw on me he was like " I can fix this you are gonna look awesome!" He knew exactly what he was going to do to help me find my confidence back. all my nerves went right away! All the staff in the pre op to or to post op were totally awesome. Surgery went well I was not suck at all after waking from anesthesia and I do have a little bruising. The only pain I had was in my left rib probably from scar tissue removal.. My left breast was a real mess before! I literally had ZERO pain!!!! Nothing no soreness nothing! Miracle worker! I love them waiting on them to settle into place. I will go back when healed and get a periolar reduction but that will have to wait. He said that could be done at a later time as I only wanted a new implant no lift at that time. Anyways I'm rambling but yes go see him you will not be sorry. I ended up getting naturelle 700cc silicon hp. I'll upload pics later
