Mommy of 2 Breastfed kids. Got 465 UHP co-gel sub muscular!

Ok ladies!! I'm finally writing up my blurb!! First off, I have to just say this site is AMAZING!!!! So grateful I'm learning a lot from you lovely ladies!
So I've been wanting this FOREVER! Been too scared though until I had my second baby and now there's just no choice! I need new boobs!
I had a consultation this morning with Dr. Mosher, who is absolutely amazing! Made me feel very comfortable and relieved, I'm in good hands!! Now after breastfeeding, my little wonders have left me worse off that I was before! Never had a lot of boobage, but at least I was perky and firm!! Now, not so much! So aside from being basically terrified of actual surgery, (I'll deal with that closer to actual the actual date lol), my main worry is choosing the correct size for my frame!

Soooo Dr. Mosher, while very VERY well informed and professional and polite, (can't say enough nice things about him), is known for leaning towards the smaller numbers regarding cc's. I definitely want more natural looking boobs and am scared to wake up with big stripper knockers lol, but have read all about boob greed and I don't want that to happen either! So he suggested 435cc full protection, natrelle smooth round silicone implants, going by all my measurements and what not. He also said the largest he would go on me, would be 465cc's, same everything as above except Extra Full Projection, (that sounds kind of scary to me?). I didn't even ask how big he would go, he just gave me that number, so that's makes me think that hopefully he doesn't think it would be too big looking for my frame? (Otherwise why suggest it right?).
My hubby and I previously tried on 450cc rice sizers at home and liked the look and feel, (weight wise, they actually feel crappy to the touch, rice boobs lol). So we were hoping for a number close to that. I guess I'm just nervous about going that extra little bit and them looking too fake or too big for my body. Also concerned about bottoming out as I have a very little/thin amount of breast tissue to begin with? (Keeping in mind though, I WAS exploding out of DD cups while pregnant! They looked fake lol
Well as you can clearly read, I am torn lol. Am I over thinking it? Is 465 reeeally all that much bigger than 435's?!!! Ugh.... HELP!!! Lol

So I had my pre op yesterday and got to try on the sizers again. I stuck the 435's in for like, 2 minutes and the rest of the time I was trying on all the shirts I brought with the 465's. Sooo I'm going with them! I'll attach some pics of the sizers. I didn't even get a picture of myself with the 435's :/ guess there's my answer right there! Jennifer, (my patient coordinator), also told me I was getting the natrelle Inpsira responsive gel. Feels amazing!!! Ahhhh surgery date is slowly creeping up. Nerves are beginning to kick in a lot more now!

Hoping I have a very similar out come to my pregnancy boobs! I was busting out of my DD bras!
