At 58 I realized that facial fillers were no longer working and that there were no fillers that worked on my neck. I hated every photo I was in and was shocked by how much older my neck was looking than my face did. I did quite a bit of research and was so lucky to find Dr. Paul Lanfranchi. I felt so at ease from the moment I stepped inside, and was greeted warmly by his office staff. Dr. Lanfranchi is the real deal- smart, kind and so knowledgeable about every aspect of his field. What really impressed me as well was the fact that he only does faces -that is his area of expertise , and all of the photos I saw of prior patients looked natural and perfect. We decided together that I would have an upper eye lift and a lower face and neck lift.The day of my surgery came and I was a little scared, but everything that they said was true! This was easier than a trip to the dentist!! My pain was minimal and Dr. Lanfranchi was caring and talked to me through every step - I even remember saying - oh, it's over?? One week later and I am going back to work with minimal brusing and swelling ! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making me look at least 15 years younger - I only wish I had done this sooner !!!!
