Recently found this 'Before' pic and was inspired to share these 2 pics. Go for it ! Note: 5 year time frame. .. Magic doesn't happen overnight ! Slow and steady for the long haul. A change for life. Ox ep

5 years from initial weight loss start. This 'before' pic already had 20 lbs off...but was 6 months before my 1st surgery. :) ep
