Made it to 3 months out this week. Still get some light swelling by the end of a long day with exercising after work, but it's totally manageable with a compression garment. Still wear a compression suit every day because it just feels good to do so. Wear the binder at night, but give myself 3-4 hours every evening with no compression. Slowly moving towards being without anything. Things are looking pretty good and I'm hoping they improve a little bit more in the next 3 months. In clothing, my body looks amazing. I'm a pretty solid size 8 now, from a 24, 18 months ago. Who would have ever thought.

Doing well. Literally still dealing with swelling, which seems insane because it's been 4.5 months, but I can still feel it happening. Hoping for it to be resolved completely by 6 months out, but who knows. Some people take a really long time to get there and I guess I'm one of them. Getting my arms/breasts done this fall to complete my transformation. I hope you are doing well too!
Despite the swelling are you lad you had it done. I everything back to normal lifestyle wise? I'm 2 weeks out - early doors or me. Have a haematoma but to be expected xx

Improving

The swelling has lessened a fair amount, which is awesome. I've been wearing compression basically 24/7 still and will continue to do so for awhile yet. It just feels better to be compressed still. Definitely a fair amount of skin left, but I really want to just get over it and be happy with what I have since it's so drastically better than before. 9.5 weeks out. I see my PS 2 fridays from now for a follow up.

Your healing has been fantastic. Looking better and better every time you post an update. Compared from pre op it's incredible. I remember you saying you wanted to be 6 weeks post op and time has flown by. Won't be long till your rocking all those figure hugging clothes xx

Stitch Removed

The stitch popped through the skin yesterday and overnight it came out a fair amount. I went to my PS earlier and he pulled it out. Not painful, just odd to have something pulled out of your body. Everything else is all the same for now. Swelling persists, but hopefully within the next 4 weeks when I reach 12 weeks, things will shrink.

Ooh strange. Glad you've got it sorted. How's the swelling going? Are you glad you've had it done ?
The swelling is definitely better in the morning than the evening, and it's not as terrible as it once was. It's slowly going down. 100% glad I did this. My body is so different from where I started. Especially in clothing, it looks incredible
