Recently I had LAMS done in my arms as they have always been an insecurity of mine. My body holds more weight in my arms so when I gain weight it's very noticeable there. I wanted a procedure that is minimally invasive and have a quicker recovery time so I chose LAMS.
The procedure itself lasted overall 2 hours so it's done under local anesthesia. I went to work right away as I felt very comfortable to do m normal activities. My arms only felt like if I had worked out a lot. The whole process was also very comfortable because the nurses were super helpful and sweet. They also had someone translating for me so it was helpful.
I will leave my before and after pictures. So far I been around 2 months since my procedure.
