I landed at having the procedure done because I was constantly sick with sinus infections. I’ve broken my nose multiple times in my life and because of that I’ve had sinus issues ever since. I couldn’t work out without being out of breath and short winded. I constantly had headaches and anytime the weather change I was ill. I was on constant medication and was growing immune to most antibiotics and was missing a lot of work. I decided to have a rhinoplasty to correct all of this and to begin living again.

Working with Doctor Gross was a really great experience. On the day of surgery he checked in on me prior to going back for the procedure for last minute questions and concerns. He was calming and kind. The office staff was attentive, caring and wonderful at communicating. The medical staff you see on each returning checkup prior to Dr Gross, and on the day of surgery are amazing as well as incredibly knowledgeable. Sara always called me back with answers to my questions. She was continually patient and waylaid my nerves. Since surgery I have not had a single sinus infection where in prior years I would typically have 7-8 infections a year. I would no sooner come off of medication and would begin to get sick again. After meeting with multiple ENT doctors, I found Dr. Gross. He was the only specialist I saw who confidently said he could help me. We landed at a rhinoplasty with an additional component to shrink my sinuses and it worked! I’ve had no pain, when the weather changes I don’t have my usual migraines and my sinuses finally work the way they should. I have my life back. I can work out and not be out of breath and I am so happy I committed to having this procedure done.
