Revision Rhinoplasty

I've met with many surgeons in the last few years in search of one that felt right. I had a friend speak highly of Dr. Gross. I set up a consult and was finally impressed, post consult. The setting is beautiful! The tour of the place was out of this world. They really know how to go above and beyond when it comes to caring for the patient. The staff was great! Dr. Gross was a wonderful listener and he was extremely comforting. I am looking forward to my results!

I honestly can't express enough of my appreciation and gratitude towards Dr. Gross and his staff. I had spent years seeking a surgeon to fix a very unsatisfying rhinoplasty from 2009. We had consultations with numerous "renowned" surgeons from NYC, Miami, California, over the course of several months. My husband came along each time and for one reason or another, we never felt completely comfortable after leaving the appointment. 

From the moment we met Dr. Gross, we felt relieved to have finally found a surgeon we felt comfortable with. Unlike the other surgeons, Dr. Gross was extremely humble, personable, and took his time answering every question we had. He was not quick to rush to the next patient or short with answers like most we had met with in the past. He was honest and set realistic expectations of how he could help me from the first consult.

My recovery was actually much better than Dr. Gross prepared me for. At my 1 week post-up, my nose looked 1 million times better than it had looked in the past 9 years! I was literally in tears when I saw the results that Dr. Gross was able to achieve. 

Now, it has been 3 months since my surgery and each week I see my results getting better and better. 

All in all, I could not have found a better surgeon than Dr. Gross. The entire experience from consult, surgery day, post-up ( they even spoiled me with free facials and massages!) and follow-ups, completely exceeded my expectations! I cannot recommend Dr. Gross and Primera Plastic Surgery enough. Thank you Dr. Gross!
