Uhp is ultra high profile giving the most projection and is more narrow on width . Hp is high profile with high projection and more width so has more of the round look

Hello, I am so happy for your beautiful outcome you really look great..
I am scheduled for a replacement of my implants on July 29 2015
I have had them for 35 years and they are still soft and look great
But I feel it's time to replace and I thought about going larger and you really helped with my decision...I am going for it.

Aww thank you so much. That's good to know that you have had them that long. I'm glad to hear that my post was helpful to you. I think you will be happy with going bigger. I was so happy with my outcome of 800cc. It gave me more fullness that I was wanting and not too big like I was worried about. I also think they look bigger in the pics then what I see in mirror. But over all going from 450 to 650 now to 800 I'm liking them more n more than ever. Good luck to you and dont hesitate on going big because like me you might regret not going more . Have the dr put the biggest size sample next to the size you now have and you will see difference better. Also looks can be deceiving so dont be scared . At first the 800 looked way big but I'm so glad I went with them after all because there not as big once there under skin as they looked on the table. I only wished I had chose them on my 2nd BA on 3/7/2015 I would of saved some $. So yes I stress dont worry and go big. Again thanks and I hope for a great outcome and fast recovery to you

You look amazing and not that big at all. I'm planning my 3rd BA. I just had my second on June 11 and got 500ccs, mod plus, wish I got the hp and larger size now since doesn't seem that much different on me. What to do??

Thank you. You are in the same situation I was. For me I couldn't clear my mind of wanting to be bigger and it was bothering me bad. My second BA was 3-7-15 then went for it and my third BA was 2weeks ago on 7-10-15 . I'm glad I did even though I was feeling bad about spending more money on myself. At the end I'm not going to be spending this kind of money on myself again so I deserve it and to be happy. I would say go for it and go big so u dont get disappointed again. 200cc will go up a cup size so it's not that big to be worried about being too big. 800cc is the largest silicone makes. Hp is the best. I almost went uhp but was scared that I wouldn't like the more narrowness . I went from 450 to 650 then to 800. I'm happy finally. I'm short, 5' and weigh about 119 with small frame but broad shoulders. I was originally like a A cup.

I'm 5'5", 115lbs and very broad shoulders and want the huge boobs small waist look. How long did you wait to get another surgery. I hear surgeons require 6-12 months to ensure proper healing. Weren't you scared of the risks again and possible scarring and financial strain? You may still need to replace if something happens as it can happen anytime. Why did you're surgeon change out so fast-that's crazy!!

Do you have pics of your 450ccs? It would be nice to see difference and change in pictures before implants and with your 450, 650 and 800 cc's to help more.

It's not crazy! I went from zero to 1100cc in half year with 2 major surgeries and a minor one after 3 weeks of the 2nd one. It's different by surgeon to surgeon and by patient to patient. Whatever works for everyone;)

It was 5 months later that I had next surgery. It does seem crazy but it worked out good. I was a little nervous but I think I had boob greed so I didn't think much of anything else.

If u have the money for it why not go to someone else? I'm sure it could be arranged much sooner than that, well if u don't have any medical issues of course... Good luck anyways!

Thanks, but I like my surgeon, he's just not the one to make a decision for the patient, but he's truly an artist. I just wish I went the biggest this time to not regret and wish was guided more in regards to my stats, body type, breast type and implant size and profile.

Okay and so your tissues/muscles need that time to expand till then? I knew from the beginning that not even in 2 "normal BA" I could reach my final wish size so that's why I got tissue expanders in my first BA till half year later they stretched my muscles out enough to place during my 2nd BA my final implants (for the next 9 years anyways;) recently I went even bigger;o)
Okay then with just a little patience u gonna got your wish boobies in no time too soon:)

Thank u. I'm 5ft also. Dr wanted to put uhp due to my small frame but I was worried I would not like so I stuck with the hp since I new how they set. We never know until there in how we will look. I'm now wondering if I would of liked the uhp. I'm happy though how I get the fullness with hp and having 800cc is not bad or as big as they seemed to be. I'm fitting a 34dd so I don't think that's way to big. I was a 34c/d with the 450cc I had with first BA

Don't wonder about that. U have now the perfect hourglass figure which HP gives ya, with UHP u wouldn't. So definitely made the right decision! Going over the muscles above 500-600cc is suicide coz from the weight u're kicking them in 10 years tops without very expensive internal bra with strattice, and even then they might drop too much throughout the years. My PS switches pockets by all of his patients whose going over the above mentioned limit for that reason. Very nice results Proudmamma!

That's awesome, but how long did you wait from your hp 650 surgery to your 800 hp surgery? What size were you all three times?
I'm 5'5", 155-120 and went from 250-500cc silicone mod + under muscle with mini lift each time and now thinking DDs and hp, but I have to wait 6-12 months to heal and recover. I'm thinking of a larger size already and wish was advised to go much larger since implants seem to disappear on me. Please help

Aww I'm sorry to hear that and sorry just saw this. My dr told me the sooner the better and it was 5 months between 2nd and 3rd BA. I went from 450cc's 13 yrs ago to 650 and now 800cc's this year. I know what you mean, it's seems like a big difference on the # wise and looking at them on the table but really once there in they settle quite well with tissue and everything so they end up being not that big.

Here's a couple photos of my 800cc hp silicone . It's been 10 days now and I feel amazing . Doesn't even really feel as if I went through surgery again. Other than having to sleep on my back it has been a piece of cake . I went back to gym 5 days after surgery and was back at work just 3 days after surgery. I have to remind myself some times not to do so much because I do have limitations on what I'm suppose to do. I want everything to keep going good so I have to be careful at doing things. I will update later with more photos.

Thank you. I'm happy with them, they give me a great feeling.
Hp is high profile which is a high projection with more width of a round look. Uhp is ultra high profile which has the highest projection but is more narrow in width.
There is 4 different profiles. Low,moderate,high and ultra high.

LOVE them! Con't believe they are 800UHP! They look so incredibly natural! What size were you pre-any of your BA's? Did you breast feed? They are so amazing looking, I always say I am glad I didn't go bigger but your new girls look so fabulous I think your look would have been my ideal look! They re so full w/ out looking over done! Your surgeon did a wonderful job! Congrats! :-)

Thank you. Before my first BA I would say I was a 34a very flat, I had nothing :( After my second child i realized they were not going to get any bigger and i did not have much luck with breast feeding. I tried but was not enough so i did formula. Yes I was worried of the them being too big when I had my second BA with 650hp but after I saw they weren't as big as seemed so I paid for surgery all over again to go up to 800hp but it was worth it. I now have the fullness I was wanting and so happy with the results. I do to think they look natural and am very pleased with my surgeons work.

Im so happy to read you went right back to work! With my first set I only took my pain meds the first night and was ready to go back to work in 4 days. I'm hoping with my exchange I'm just as comfortable.

Thanks for posting because my stats are similar to you (5'1 110) and a gym rat. I've had my saline implants in awhile too and want hp silicone but might want a lift. If I go outside of LA, prices are more reasonable, which is what I did before and doctor long gone. You look great!
