Wanted to Change out 13 Year Old Implants and Also Go Bigger - Lake Havasu City, AZ

You look great!! What size are you now with the new implants? I too may go for a third and final surgery to get the size righy especially since my body can carry it. I'm thinking 800cc silicone high profile since that's the largest can go in implants. I'm about 3 months post-op my second BA to go larger and fix slight double bubble in right breast. This time I got 500 cc mod plus silicone under muscle and wished had done high profile like I had initially wanted and wished went bigger!!! Ugh

There're custom made silicon implants up till 2000cc! I have the so called 1500s (1425cc/1530 grams) from Sebbin, the biggest of that manufacturer, but Polytech standard Serie goes till 1010cc-25 years guarantee and their custom made Serie till 2000cc.

Also till ~1000 is approved by the highest standards of the EU in that even the FDA couldn't find anything, it's a very nice implant 15,5cm diameter and 7,5cm projection. Price about 1400$ a pair. The custom made (above 1000cc) is from Sebbin costs 3000€ and by Polytech 4000€ a pair. They've not the same standards as "normal" ones have but 10-15 years should have in them too depends on usage;-) but they're pending FDA approval in the U.S. But u always can get an European vacation and done it during it ;-)

No worries. I had 450cc my first BA for 13 years. I'm 5' 118lbs. They are under muscle 800 hp silicone. Incision on areola. Go big don't be afraid. I was at 2nd BA and got 650 but still wanted more fullness so I had 3rd BA 5 months later and got 800cc. It's not a huge difference once in than it seems to be so don't worry. I wish I'd known this and I could've saved $ and more down time due to surgery.

Yea I know now :) to late but better late than never and i wouldn't worry about silicone, it's safe and they say it's more reliable than saline as far as breaking or leaking. The gel will stay together n more than likely stay in sack. Silicone is also more natural feeling and looking. I like hp, it has good projection and roundness and most natural look.

Totally agree! And yes Mentor is the best! Till 800cc as it is. With the 25yrs guarantee till life they r pretty much the best offer on the market! Cutting edge research in their labs and all. Excellent indeed!!!

O wow that's weird . No I have had no rippling at all with all 3 BA's. I wonder if it has to do with the size and how the picket was made

I wonder too. How would I even know? That's exactly what I've thought. Is the pocket being made to fit the implant properly... Which makes me nervous to even get them redone

Before any implants I was about an AA . I have had silicone with all 3 BA's and I have had no rippling . Did u have same surgeon do your current BA? It sounds as if pockets are maybe too tight and there's not enough room for implants to sit . I like silicone for the more soft, natural look.

No I had a different dr w my revision

I was a 32 ddd at 450 cc depending on the bra.A size D my boobs fell out of and barely covered my nipple

it was a cup size bigger, I did the difference but I still wanted more fullness. I think it took about 2+ months to settle. But they weren't sitting high like my first BA . My skin was stretched already and adapted very well with the 200 cc's more and even again 5 months later with another 150 cc's bigger

Yes it's weird how sizes can vary so much on people. It all depends on what u have to begin with n if there over muscle they will also come out larger than under. Bras also depend on brand. I'm fitting mostly 34dd. But have also fitted n 32ddd. Thanks

Yes it is crazy how that works. Are your implants under or over the muscle? With my 650cc I was a 34d now that I'm in dd I have had trouble too finding bras. How do you like the uhp? I almost went with those

They are under.. I had no choice being very petite. I was petrified because there are so few pics of revisions. Nurses at ps told me trust surgeon.. I was worried they'd look like balls on my chest although I wanted them fuller at the top. I'm glad on size and profile.. They are just heavy.. Went with silicone this time. I found adoreme.com the lady at soma told me about them and I'm still a vs girl cannot wear push-up styles now and it's not easy finding bras that aren't push-up. I posted new pics this am I kept my old sports bras to knock around the house funny I bust out of them now going up 240cc

My doctor wanting me to have uhp , I changed my mind to hp the day of surgery. I now wonder if I should of gone with the uhp. Originally I wanted the most projection but also like the more roundness for fullness. It was such a hard decision

I think 800 is a very good size. It is the largest for silicone too so having to go to saline to get larger to me would not be worth it. Saline has the more hardness and fake look and rippling were silicone is more soft n natural . I think I had boob greed too but I will not do saline . I think end results for 800hp silicone will do good for just about every one wanting a more natural fullness look. It at least gives a bra size of dd or bigger

In theory u can go bigger than 800cc Silicon, but u have to order them from Europe & have the surgery abroad (Canada or Europe) cas the FDA doesn't allow it in the USA. I have 1425cc Silicon UPH from Sebbin (made in France) and Polytech goes up till 2000cc (Germany)...

O wow did not know that. I bet it would be extremely hard to find a surgeon to do that and it would cost a lot more too I bet.

Polytech goes up till 1010cc in its series, that's about 1500$ a pair. Above is custom made they cost 2000 each. By Sebbin is 1500 one. Well if u make a sabbatical out of it in CN or Europe then it isn't that much more...
In my profile is Sebbin 1100cc custom made . I just had my 3rd reconstruction surgery, implants r finally in, so I want them to settle first before I start shooting pics. But soon...

Thank u. I will see if I can post one. I would say not to be worried , I was but it turned out just fine and just what I wanted also more fullness. It will take at least 150cc or more to get that. When I went from 450 to 650 I still didnt get the fullness I wanted so I went the max at 800 and it's perfect. Your only 235cc's away from that and that's not a great amount of cc's to be over board. I thought the same thing when I was changing out my 450's and only wanted to go up 50-100 cc's because I was scared. The doctor told me to see a difference I would need to go up around 200cc's and that took me up a cup size. Total going up 350cc's from 450 took me from a c to a dd.
