Be honest please. Ive weighed 110 lbs for 15 years or so. Lately put on 4 lbs because I do no sport and spend loads of time at home. Still 5.6 ( height). Is 465 gms ( allegedly 1 cc= 1 g) big? I cant be objective.

If I had to put it in perspective
I am 1/2 inch shorter than you and weigh 5-6 lbs more with 500cc
My thought is 465cc will be absolutely perfect on you. You're very light (weight wise) but you are 5'6 which can eat up the cc's.
Especially if you already know what your old size looked like on you, you can gage it off that.
Look up your old implant diameter and projection and compare to what 465 Gms is.
I bet you'll be amazed at how close the measurements are.
Even though I went up 130cc's it only brought me up 1 cup size.

I hope that helps..if you can list the measurements so I can see the difference.

The previous were
12.5 cm wide,11.6 height, 5.6 cm projection -335 gms ( shaped implants).
Inspiras are
smooth, round, 12.5 cm diameter, 5.9 cm projection ,465 gms.

Ok, that actually tells me a lot. Your new implants will be the exact same size in diameter and only 3 mm of a difference in projection.
I'm not trying to discourage you but the extra cc's is what is changing the projection by a few millimeters.. You will barely notice a difference between the two implants.

They will be fuller at the top andpractically the same at the bottom.

Mentors 480 were 11.4 cm diameter and 5.8 cm projection, would it look very similar to Inspira 465?

I cant figure out how the height translates into the end look. Are higher ( inspira,12.5) going to look smaller ?

The cc's will give you more fullness plus the extra projection. I don't think they will be any smaller. Plus with your size and stats you will be super happy with the 465's.

Sounds like it's a good thing to go with the Inspira 465 as you're getting a little more diameter and projection..
Do not beat yourself up over being a control freak bc I think we have all freaked out over similar things with augmentation. The one thing you have going for yourself (as did I) is at least you can compare what you had before and know how your body handled that amount of cc's. That seemed to really help me. That's how I knew I was set on 500cc due to the measurements and comparing.

Thank you so much!! I got my zip up sports bra from Marshalls. It is an under armour sports bra. I believe I'm wearing it in my first set of photos on my review. (Not sure though) I'll have to look. It's super supportive! I really like the zip bras you found. I remember trying to order those a while back but they were out of stock at the time.

I don't remember.. What are your stats? What size do you currently have. I would say from my experience that even just going up the 130cc's made the exact change that I wanted. I went through the same thing.. Everyone told me they looked good but when it came down to it, it was my opinion that mattered. I say go with your gut. Good luck and ask any questions. If you do the revision, recovery will be a breeze. Happy thoughts your way!!

I'm 5"2 and 95 lbs. I already went to the max 350cc HP. My PS never mentioned UHP but I'm not sure what I think about UHP tho. I'm currently full C and small D depends on company. Do you have a hard time to finding clothes ? Some lady on here told me they love the size but finding clothes could be challenge. I follow uour journey. Would love to see more updates.

Honestly, not hard to find clothes at all or bras.. If you look at my full body picture you'll see they are decent size but not crazy huge. I was a 32dd with the 371cc and now I'm a 32dd/ddd I went from mod profile ( which already has the same diameter as the 500 cc hp The difference in the two were a little more fullness and projection which is what I lacked with the mod profile.

I an new to this site and can not figure out how to click on profiles of people who message me. You're very small framed so your only option may be uhp. What I would suggest is instead of looking at the cc's, really study the diameter and projection. You may get what your looking for with a 450-475 uhp.

I love how they look on you. So basically 130cc give you 1 cup size. If 371 Mp fit you then your BWD must wider than mine. Did you get Mentors ??

I have Allergan Natrelle implants unders. The mod profile stuck out a little on the side however, I wanted a little side boob.:) You have much smaller stats than myself so 130-150cc would def give you a cup size.. I wish there was a science to it all.. I never thought I would of chose 500 from the beginning.. The number scared me. The second time around I really focused on pictures of what I was looking for and let the PS tell me the number. I would of probably been dissatisfied had I of not.

I agree with you about Mentor brand. I have to do some homework on that. My PS not a fan of Mentor but he said he can order if I want them. I m not upset at my PS at all because I started with 200cc when I talked to him the 1st time lol. Thanks goodness I went for the max and stlll have boobs greed lol. I also told him I don't like side boobs either but now I wish I have some. I don't think I ever Able to get MP with narrow withd. Did you get style 15 Natrelle ? If so then your BWD is 12.9. My ps still want me to wait for a year before he do revision. I don't know if I could wait that long. Been only 4 months and I'm going CRAZY. LOL

Oh my goodness.. 4 months is when I had the revision. I completely understand. The hard thing about waiting is spending all that money and just wanting to be happy with the outcome. The thought of waiting that long would be really hard. I think their theory is over time you will become happy.. I'm sure surgeons see people wanting to go bigger all the time so he probably want to make sure you are 100% sure.. My PS felt I was very consistent every time I saw him. He ordered at least 6 months but made an exception.

Not at all! First time around I paid $6,100. My revision was $3,310. My DR waved all his fees just charged for anesthesia, new implants and surgery center fee.

Oh that's not bad at all. I paid6200. He wouldn't tell me just said he will give me special. I was thinking he may charge 4500 or so. I would do in heart beat for 3110.00. The feeling of its not what I want in my head just kill me lol

I usually hear that A PS will wave their fees so it generally cuts it in half. My PS actually told me that bc my revision would be a piece of cake that if I wanted to he would use local anesthetic if I wanted and then it souls of been $2600. I am far to squeamish for something like that. I was like heck no.. I'll pay the extra. Haha

I would say Just put me under lol. I'm going to see him at 6 months , I will ask him more detail so at least I know what to expect lol

No dear !! I didn't get that message. I haven't thought about that.

What I was saying was that prior to your 6 month visit compose an email.. Maybe even start now. I feel that sometimes when your are trying to get out emotional feelings in person you either forget certain things or you get interrupted. Let your PS know exactly how you're feeling and also how waiting till one yr would be for you. Maybe If he sees consistency up to 6 months he will do the revision early. Then you will have it to look forward to. Also, in case you were wondering, my scars look pretty good and def not worse due to second surgery. I've been using silicone scar strips and I feel they are doing a great job. I'll have to post a pic of the box. I think if he would meet you in the middle abs let you do it early it would put you at ease.. I know one my ps agreed to do the revision I was so happy but didn't perseverate on it like I had been. I can't wait to hear how things turn out. Ask any questions, any time!

That's a great idea. My PS is not a gan of big boobs ( yeah he is not when he is a plastic surgeon lol ). He told me its plenty big on me already haha. And let me tell you after 6 weeks when they start the shape and dropped I just can't get out of my head wanting bigger. Thank you for Let me know about scar. As you comment on my posted , they look pretty good now. I was worry won't be lucky the 2nd time. Good thing is my bf is on board with me. He said he is very happy with them now but if I'm not then I should have them revision. I'm not afraid going through the process , I had an easy recovery anyway. Only fear I have that will they look better and make me happy if I go bigger. I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.

Yes but made adjustments to accompany the larger implants. Mine are saline. Who was your PS?

My PS is Dr.Leaonard Lu. He didn't have to make much adjustment to my pocket which was great bc when I woke up I only had discomfort by my incision. I am new to real self and still can't figure out how to look at other peoples pages. When I click on your name it doesn't give me he option to view your profile. Did you go over or under?

Hi, yes I wanted the same things as far as filling in my space a little but more so I wanted more cleavage and projection. Truth is I went in saying I wanted a very natural look. It wasn't until I had them that I realized I wished I had a little more fullness and cleavage. I'm not sure your stats but for me I had 371 mod profile which had a 12.9 cm diameter so that already told me that I needed to find a size in the high profile that met or exceeded 12.9 so I didn't lose any width. I believe my 500cc hp are 13-13.1 diameter plus the extra cc's gave me the fullness and cleavage I desired. My best advise I can give you is to look at the measurements of the implant and not focus on the number. Plastic surgeons can be super conservative and you think what your getting is big but it's not. I know I pushed my BDW a little however I wanted a little side boob as well.
