Finally a little drop and fluff in my life!! They still have a ways to go but I am so happy to have semi normal looking boobs!
I have been doing my exercises regularly but struggle more with my right side. I am right handed so that muscle is stronger (harder to push against) and my left hand is weaker making it harder to push up. My PS told me that from the two week mark to the 1.5 month mark my body will do its best to heal so it is crucial to keep the pocket as open as possible during this time. He also told me keeping the pocket open not only helps prevent capsular contracture but makes for a more natural look as far as the implants movement when running etc.
I have zero pain and no zingers. I am regaining feeling in my breast but have odd random numb spots. So excited for them to finish settling and to get to go bra shopping!!
Last note.. I have probably gained ten pounds due to inactivity and I am very excited to get back to working out. Lack of activity has been the hardest part of this entire experience.

2 weeks post op

I got my first set of stitches out last week and have been very happy about how much that helped my range of motion. I get my second (and last) set out tomorrow and I am confidant that I will have full range of mobility in my arms after that. I do pretty well right now but have a tight pulling feeling if I reach to far behind me and I HATE not being able to shave!!
My breasts have started to soften and drop a bit and every day I am happier with them. I am so glad I didn't go any smaller!! Physically I feel 100%. I am taking my doctors advice and not lifting or running until my third week but I went on a pretty intense 10 mile hike a couple days ago and felt just fine during and after.
Hope all your journeys are going as well as mine!!

6 days post op

Today is a huge marker as far as how I am feeling. The stitches under my arms are really the only thing limiting my range of movement at this point.
I have my one week appointment tomorrow and my first set of stitches are coming out. My PS is also going to take a look at how they are settling so far and give any necessary recommendations to help them settle evenly.
I have been washing my stitches with watered down hibiclens for the last week when I take my evening shower and it feels wonderful right before bed. The tape fell off of my left side so I snuck a picture and will post it with an update on the girls.
Already so impatient so see them drop!! So many girls drop in the first few weeks and for others is seems to take months! Praying that I have a miraculous two week drop and fluff haha. I haven't had a chance to try any of my clothes on yet either. I have been waiting for the stitches to come out so that I do not irritate them.
