I went for a consultantion with the NP and the Rep from Kybella. It was suggested I purchase 3 vials of Kybella. If they don't use all of the product she will save it for my 2nd appointment in 6 weeks. My mon had a really fatty double chin, as well as, her mother. I'm starting to develop a second chin and I'm hoping this product will stop it before it gets worse. It's especially started to bother me in thr past few years.
I'm a little nervous but very excited! I was told to expect some numbness and swelling. I chose to do thr procedure on a Friday to allow the swelling to hopefully go down before going back to work on Monday. I will update as I go!!!! Wish me luck!!!!!!

5 years later!
So its been over 5 years since I removed my little extra fat under my chin. Personally I feel I wish I had done it earlier but it is what it is... lol. 5 years and I'm now considering surgery to pull and tighten, well as much as possible. My skin under my chin has become loose and saggy. Crepey I guess is the correct term but whatever it is, I don't like it! 6 months and I will be 50! (Omg) for my birthday I will be buying a procedure to help me look and feel my best. I think kybella did what it was supposed to do but now I need to do something with the saggy skin left from my little fat pocket! Lol

Please let us know how you've been doing since Friday- is the swelling getting better by now?
You were numbed beforehand right? I don't think you are alone in experiencing more pain than anticipated. Hopefully it isn't as bad with the next round.
I hope the numbness gets better, from the other reviews I've read that sounds pretty common (as well as a firmness or lumpiness). Keep us posted!
