Love the staff! I felt confident in pre and post op care. Dr. Shashoua takes the stitches out around the 2 week mark and it made the rest of the recovery a breeze. I was back to golfing after that 2 week appt. I am very happy with my results and it has significantly improved my life!
The ONLY thing I didn’t like is there was a student or intern (I’m assuming because there was no intro) in the room for my operation. He was not helping hold my leg during the operation, if anything he was resting his arm on my leg so I had to use more effort and by the end that left leg was shaking. He was also left to help clean me up after the procedure which he did with direct wiping that was IMO way too much pressure. It was very painful after just being stitched. It made me flinch on the table and his response was oh did that hurt?
The office was always available for any questions or concerns which was much appreciated.
