I have always been feeling uncomfortable riding bicycle and wearing certain types of pants and underwear, without knowing that there’s a procedure to improve that. I heard about labiaplasty last year and decided to have it done after reading a lot about its benefits and risks. Apart from hoping to relieve the discomfort, the after-surgery appearance is also important to me, so I tried to look for before and after photos of labiaplasty done by different surgeons in Sydney. Although it’s hard to find surgeons with these photos on the internet, I was able to compare at least 3 to 4 of them and made my decision. I am glad that I have chosen Dr Choy after researching different surgeons online, and it was great that he suggested me having labiaplasty with clitoral hood reduction based on my condition. As I have never heard about that before, I read more about it online and found out it’s better than only having labiaplasty for my condition. I am thankful that Dr Choy pay attention to individual difference and needs, and professionally determine the best procedure for me.
Everything was smooth and I didn’t feel anything until a few hours after the surgery. The labiaplasty was nicely and aesthetically done last week. I thought it would be quite painful but turns out it’s less painful than extracting a tooth for me. I took much more and stronger painkillers after extracting tooth than labiaplasty. I am surprised about how caring the team is and it was heart-warming receiving call from the nurse asking about my conditions after the surgery. Although it is just a week after the surgery, I feel great and relieved as there is no more uncomfortable friction. I am really satisfied with the results and expect to feel at ease with everyday life and activities after recovery.
