I couldn’t be happier with the results—my confidence has improved so much

I had been considering this procedure for many years but was nervous after reading some mixed reviews about the recovery process and potential risks like loss of feeling. I spoke with a few providers before finding Dr. Adams, and I instantly felt the most comfortable with her. She took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer all my questions, and address my concerns. Her expertise and experience—especially since this procedure is her specialty—really reassured me.

For personal reasons, I decided not to have a clitoral hood reduction since I was only concerned with the inner lips not hanging out.

As an out-of-town patient, I stayed in a hotel by myself and couldn’t take calming meds because I needed to get home safely in an Uber afterward. On the day of the procedure, I was really nervous, but Dr. Adams had this amazing ability to make me feel calm and confident. The procedure itself wasn’t as scary as I expected, even though I was awake. Dr Adams checked in with me every step of the way to make sure I was okay, and also the nurses in the facility were fantastic, very caring and I felt like I was in great hands. In fact we just chatted away the entire time, it felt very relaxed and easy and went by quite fast!

Recovery was surprisingly simple and easy. I spent a few days resting at the hotel with minimal pain. By week 3, I felt great, and by week 5, I was back to normal activities.

I couldn’t be happier with the results—my confidence has improved so much, and I feel so much better about myself. I’d do it all over again without hesitation. I highly recommend Dr. Adams!
