My experience with Mr Karoo was genuinely excellent. I’d debated this procedure for a long time and went into it feeling very anxious, but he put me at ease straight away. He was reassuring, professional, and truly caring throughout, which made me feel completely confident in the procedure.
The entire process went as smoothly as possible - from the day-stay appointment to the operation and the full healing period. For anyone struggling with confidence issues because of this, I’d highly recommend speaking with Mr Karoo. I’m so glad I went ahead; I feel much more comfortable now and my quality of life has improved so much.
