Labiaplasty! Sharing my Day to Day Recovery!
You Won't Regret Choosing Dr. Poucher!
This is your sign to GO WITH DR. POUCHER.
Why Dr. Poucher:
From the first consultation call to the 6 week post-op, Dr Poucher and her team (Annie and Mikayla) made me feel so safe and comfortable. In our first consultation call, I asked her several questions (which technique she performs, how many procedures she's done, etc) and we conversed for at least 30 minutes. She has her own proprietary technique that builds on trim and allows her to do the additional clitoral hood reduction in one incision. Sometimes with doctors it feels like you're bothering them with questions, but Dr Poucher answered every single one and assuaged me.
On operation day, the procedure was absolutely painless. You can tell she is extremely skilled by just looking at my post op day 1 results, the stitches are hidden to reduce visible scarring!! I started looking at other people's before and afters, and my healing speed really surprised me! My Week 1 looked like others' Month 1s! I really attribute it to her technique and expertise.
Staying in contact with the team through Klara was also convenient and a lifesaver, as I knew at every step I could message them for any questions. When I had a yeast infection, Annie immediately called to refill my prescription.
Annie and Dr Poucher are just absolutely wonderful and if you have the privilege to get your labiaplasty (and hood reduction) done by her, please do. You won't regret it.

14 days post op
At this point I was able to walk for long periods outside, forgo icing, and sit properly. I even started to resume some light exercises like crunches, toe taps, reverse crunches, low intensity step dances. At this point, I was sensitive and itchy from a yeast infection so that was my only complaint. The itchiness has gone down and it's only sensitive now because there's still some skin sticking out especially in the bottom that didn't look like that day 1. I'm expecting that to away in another month. Praying
Overall I am very happy with the recovery process! It's uncomfortable and painful at times but my surgeons stitches are hidden so I can tell it will all heal nicely
