Labiaplasty, clitoral hood reduction, Vaginoplasty

I just wanted to send an update as it’s been almost 2 1/2 years since I’ve had the procedure. Now that the swelling is gone and it’s settled I can give my final review. 1) I am so happy I got this done!! Haha 2) I’m not super happy with the scarring on the hood or that the right side is shorter than the left.. but it’s not a huge difference.. or worth the pain and expense to get big fixed! (my BF said not to do anything it’s perfect! Haha) I should add Dr Allan has offered to fix it for free!! 3). Sex is way better after the vaginoplasty. It was definitely worth every penny and the long recovery!! 4) clitoralplexy worth it as I can now orgasm much easier now! The scaring is disappointing, but the orgasms are worth it! Lol

Overall Dr Allen is a great surgeon!

I am 6months post procedures and will be going in to correct the asymmetry in a few weeks... . I am disappointed with how one sid is longer and how prominent the hood is, but I am not sure if more can be removed without exposing my Clitoris. Ideally if the hood length could be shortened, that wold be awesome! I also have puckering on my perineum.. not sure how he will fix that...without opening the entire area up.. hopefully it can be done Superficially!! Overall, it is so much better...but isn’t quite what I was hoping for..
I hope he uses removable sutures, so I don’t have a reaction to them again.

I’m still not sure about my results... . The healing took wayyy longer due to a suspected allergy to the sutures, infection, and reaction to the detergent I was using! (use a unscented!!!) :( I reached out to the Dr many times and he did seem confused why I was having so much trouble healing... If I get it revised I’ll ask for the stitches to be removed instead of the ones that dissolve on their own. A few of the stitches popped open due to instant rubbing/swelling in the area. I wore super soft underwear, but they still come out and I spent 8 weeks on the couch during Covid doing nothing!!! I didn’t do anything I wasn’t supposed too! It was a perfect opportunity to heal!! Ugh!!
I still feel it is still a little lopsided and the triangle part of skin on the right side makes it look more noticeable. The good news is I can orgasm faster (yay)! since the excess skin has been removed from my prepuce! ( sides of clitoral hood) I wanted my hood to be shorter, narrower and not protrude past my labia majora and that didn’t happen. I also wish I didn’t have weird puckering on my Perineum :( The last time I spoke to he Dr said he will fix it when things open up there. I messaged 4-5 days go to follow up, but she never got back to me with a possible revision date:(
I guess we will see how the follow up goes!
