Dr. Poucher and her right hand woman, Annie Avakian were ... outstanding. From my first call, to the consult, to the logistics calls, to the actual surgery, to the follow ups... all of it... head & shoulders above any other medical team I've ever worked with. They are kind, informative and clearly know exactly what they're doing. I never had one second of hesitation or unsurety about letting them alter one of the most personal parts of my body. And, everything went exactly as they said it would: what it would feel like, how it would heal, how long something would take (and due to the complexity of my situation, I had over 200 stiches in my lady parts)... they specialize AND IT SHOWS! They also totally protect your privacy. As I was researching, I wanted to speak to past patients. To protect their privacy, Annie set up 3 different connections, making sure each woman was willing to let me have their number in interview them. Definitely the extra mile! I can only say great things about this team: Courtenay & Annie ... they are bringing freedom & confidence to SO many women every single day!! I don't know your reasoning for wanting the surgery.
