4 weeks until my surgery. I've completed my pre op appointment. I'm nervous and excited to finally get rid of my loose skin. It's been 3 years since my gastric sleeve. I feel that I'm at a good weight and I'm finally ready for surgery. I've already gone for blood work, and requested time off from work.

Congrats to you. It will be very helpful to read the Tummy Tuck forums as both men and women post their experiences. I wish the best for you. I will keep an eye on your progress.

8 more days and it feels so unreal. I'm excited but nervous at the same time. Nervous because of the pain, and nervous with how my results will come out.

You will do just fine. Please read the reviews of others so you can have an idea of expectations, pitfalls to avoid. Patience and positive support will be critical in your recovery.

Thank you... I guess it's just scared of the unknown and of course the results.

If I lived in CA I would have definitely chose Dr. Pousti or Dr. Katzen. I think you made a great choice. The unknown is going to be your ability to be more patient than you ever been in your life. The first week is tough. Use the support that you have and yes you will have the down moments, just remember those feelings will go away. Do you have all of your supplies? Pile up on your feel good movies. Nothing with too much comedy, as laughing will hurt. You are going to do great. Keep thinking positive.
