Best. Vagina. Ever. - La Mesa, CA

When I made the decision to get breast implants, I figured I might as well throw some vaginoplasty in while I was at it. I had a particularly large labia majora that kept me from being totally comfortable naked. I've always been pretty accepting of my body, but being ok with having a hanging labia is different than being happy with the way it looks. I had never really felt comfortable naked because i was well aware that my labia was noticeably larger than those on most of the vaginas I've ever seen. My vagina definitely didn't make me feel sexy and I certainly didn't want anyone looking at it. Now that I think about it, I always made an effort to cover myself or was mindful of wearing underwear even when I was in bed with my partner because it wasn't fond of the way my vagina looked. It made sense to me to have vaginoplasty along with my breast augmentation because I was looking for a change and the healing time wasn't going to be significant.

The healing took a full six weeks, and the discomfort/pain wasn't significant. I just had to leave the area alone and let it heal. I wasn't really sure of what to expect as far as the outcome, but I figured anything would be an improvement compared to what I started with.

I was very happy with the outcome of my breast augmentation and my vaginoplasty. I think Dr. pousti did a fantastic job and I couldn't have asked for anything more. My vagina no longer hangs,and is no longer a source of embarrassment for me. I no longer thing about covering myself if I'm with my partner; in fact, I never think about my vagina at all anymore. It's now just another part of my body instead of something that I need to hide. My vagina also doesn't look like it's been operated on, nor have I lost any sensitivity since the surgery. I would recommend Dr. pouts I to anyone interested in getting vaginoplasty. He's the only doctor I found online that had such a large gallery of before and after pictures. He is also the only doctor I found that was consistently good with his work. If this is something you're interested in doing, I would recommend at least looking at the before and after gallery on his website.
