My motivation wasn't to look 18 again, but to better my current self. I was at first hesitant to even look into having surgery done, but I needed to do something for myself. My daughter and I finally sat down one day and decided to do some research. I wasn't a good candidate for for liposuction due to having too much loose skin in my belly area, so I decided to look for a plastic surgeon that would be able to help me get my flat tummy back. My daughter and I researched doctors close to my proximity and found three doctors. After meeting Dr. Pousti and his staff, I felt right at home. They were exceptionally kind, caring and knowledgeable and managed to put me at ease with the process. There I began my journey to get my groove back.

On operation day, I was excited and a little nervous to start my journey.My husband and I arrived at the hospital bright and early at 5:30 am. As I was being wheeled into the operation room, Dr. Pousti talked to me and got rid of my pre-operation jitters. He reassured me that he would take good care of me, which put my mind at ease. Just knowing that I had him as my surgeon made the entire process easy for me. Next thing I knew, I was waking up to the nurse calling my name and administering pain medication. Dr. Pousti was right there with me, and let me know that my surgery was a success. I was finally a new woman! I eventually made my way home after being discharged from the hospital. Dr. Pousti and his wife came to my home the very next day with flowers in hand to check on me and make sure I was doing well. Dr. Pousti made sure to give me really clear post operative instructions and make sure I knew what to expect during my recovery. His staff even calls to check in on me every morning to see how I'm feeling and see if there's anything I need. Overall I'm very happy with my surgery and how things turned out.
