I have always wanted a decent cleavage and firm. After three procedures and the last one at 650/700 cc under the muscles, it bottomed out within 5 months and no cleavage. And had a mild symmastia. Glad to have the boobs fixed. The bummer part is that I can't get the tapes wet for 6 weeks but the incisions are smooth.

How are your results and what did he do as far as making sure they do not bottom out? What kind of materials? All Derm? Exc Thank you
Also how many Ccs for this last operation did you get?
Good question. As far as know, he did an internal bra and I have to wear the thong for atleast a month, I'm not 100% sure that it won't bottom out yet. It is much better then the last set of implants which bottoms out very quickly. I will continue to post one here to help out other ladies with the same problem. My suggestion is don't go too big in the "diameter" for your body frame and make sure you ask the Dr about bottoms out. I don't know anything about that until it happened to me. I wanted cleavage and larger didn't give me the cleavage I needed. Overfilled saline so far so good. I have to wait to see whether it will bottom out or not.

Good morning Mermaid, this round is 420 cc, overfilled saline. I wanted projection. The nipple is not quite the way I want it to be but it might be too swollen to tell at this time. Hopefully when it heals and it drop that it will be close to deepest. I went big last time without "internal bra" to hold them in place so when I laid down, they went sideway, and when I'm upright they slowing fall to the waistline. Hi there, my is 480 ultra high overfill saline. That is equal to 700cc. I'm happy with my. Finally, no bras required. You are welcome to view my pictures from his office. You look great! I am currently wearing a thong bra. With the rollercoaster of emotions that comes with recovery, today I noticed a curved dent on my right breast. It is from the thong bra. I can see you have very similar marks, do you have any concerns with the thong bra?
Hi Luna, I'm sorry that you have to go through that. No, I wasn't worry about the indentation caused by the ugliest bra ever created. I was supposed to wear it for 12 months. It went away when I stopped wearing that ugly thing. You are welcome to email me anytime. I know what it's like to have moral support. Wonderful doctor, great surgeon, the only doctor...

Wonderful doctor, great surgeon, the only doctor that actually escort us from the waiting room to the consulting room, himself. Very personal and take his time to explain things. The office staff are wonderful and professional. All phone calls are answers quickly and email respond right the way. I would recommend Dr Pousti to my friends.
