My journey began in 2013. I had just lost over 150lbs and my breasts were reduced to literally nothing. I asked all my family and friends who had augmentations and/or lifts if they would recommend their surgeon. Out of them all I settled on the surgeon my step-daughter had chosen. There was no pre-surgical care or concern (This should have been my red flag, but I thought, she loves hers, I will too.) nor was there any after care. I had to email them or call them directly to get answers to my questions or concerns. It was no surprise that only 3 short years later, I was having issues with both my implants. The original surgeon was of no help, nor seemed to care about my health or well-being.
2016 My New Beginning.
This time I did my homework. I scoured the internet. I researched all the various doctors that are posted on RealSelf.com and the multitude of other helpful websites. I studied the before and after pictures (especially those few women whose body type/breasts were somewhat similar to mine). The Surgeon who stood out THE most was Dr. Pousti. Once I started to read his reviews from RealSelf, I checked out his webpage and saw first-hand all the women who have also trusted him for their specific needs. I also visited his Facebook page and saw all the wonderful pics from his clients and how happy they are. So I called and made my first appointment.
The moment I walked in I knew this was the right place. The staff was friendly, the room was packed and the women coming out of their appointments prior to mine were all happy; even the ones who clearly had a procedure done not too long ago. Once I met with Dr. Pousti I was sold. He and his staff made me feel completely at ease (which can be hard when you are standing there topless under an open gown). Dr. Pousti intently listened to my areas of concern and what I would like to happen. Then he discussed in detail what he wanted to do to help me achieve my personal vision. On the night prior to surgery Dr. Pousti himself called to ask if I had questions or concerns. On the day of the surgery, and every day after that, someone on his wonderful staff would call me to check in on my well-being. Dr. Pousti and his staff are fabulous!

Provider Review
I am now 10 months post-op and I am Thrilled!!! Dr. Pousti went above and beyond to make my vision into a reality. I went from 800cc high profile saline implants (which were way too small for my body type) to 1500cc moderate saline implants. I am 5’10” tall. I am not a small or average sized woman by any means and Dr. Pousti took all of me into account and gave me the most beautiful breasts. They are proportionate to my body and I love them! I can now walk by a window, see my reflection and think “Wow” those are my breasts! Thank you Dr. Pousti!
