The Best Experience

I am a 50yof 3 adult boys...2 grandaughters...this is my 4th BA and went with EXTRA LARGE BA...I have always researched my Dr in depth before I make my final decision. To start off my impression always begins with my first phone contact with office staff and how they respond not only to my questions but how they represent the Dr and the company they work for. Then I test the knowledge of the procedure I am interested in and the truthfulness of their answers as I am very knowledgeable and do my homework. Next I wait to see if what they say in reference to followup calls and the integrity of the entire staff as a whole from beginning to the post op. I cannot say enough with the amount of professionalism, truthfulness, caring, thoughtfulness, knowledge, but most of all the INTEGRITY Dr. POUSTI has incorporated into his absolute (the best of the best) staff and results as a Plastic Surgeon. It shows me as a patient that all of these things combined is what a true leader he is...not only at work but taking the time to be a husband and family most important is what he stands for. I thank him snd his staff for all the kind and sincere phone calls way above and beyond what most PS practice on daily basis. I am so glad I chose Dr. POUSTI to give me the results I've tried 3X to get and I am so pleased...I will be sending more photos as I am healing very nicely. DAISY literally went way above and beyond with my questions,concerns and follow up calls that i geel makes a huge diffetence in patient care. I will use him in the future for any services I decide to try next. San Diego has a treasure and it's Dr. POUSTI and staff.
