Highly Recommended Surgery and Surgeon!

I am 3 days post op from a breast revision. I am 51 years young, wanting to achieve full large breasts. I had my first breast augmentation 15 years ago. I did not have a breast lift at that time, therefore gravity had taken over and I became a very saggy D cup soon after my surgery. I had done significant research looking for the best plastic surgeon in SoCal. After many consults, I was happy to find Dr Pousti. After 2 consults with him he highly recommended a 2 stage breast surgery. Due to my age and thin skin, he felt this would give me the best outcome for my goal of large, full breasts. I began my 2 stage breast surgery last November 2015. I had my old 350 cc implants removed, and had a breast lift. Once Dr Pousti felt I was heeled enough for 2nd surgery I then had a breast augmentation with 900 cc overfilled implants. I was very happy with outcomes from both procedures, but after a few months I noticed by breasts were beginning to droop. Please note they did NOT look bad by any means. However it was not the goal I wished to achieve. I had sent Dr Pousti pics of my breasts and he immediately called and told me to come in to see him. He took the time to talk to me about my options. He understood my concerns, and never made me feel like I was over expecting. He actually took my hand and told me he would like to make it right if I would give him a chance. He suggested I waited a few more months to complete healing and he would take me back in to revise the surgery.
I went back in last Wednesday for my surgery. Dr Pousti came in to the pre op room before surgery and talked with my husband and I again about his goal to give me full breasts. He did some markings and off I went to surgery. I went to his office yesterday for my post op visit. Not only do I feel wonderful, but I am already so pleased with the outcome. We discussed what he did to help prevent my breasts from dropping. He did an eternal bra as well as removed some loose/thin skin under my breasts. He asked if I'd like to see pics from the procedure, and I was pleasantly surprises how they looked!!! He has given me very strict guidelines to help my healing, keeping my arms to my side for 3 weeks. It's worth the small price to achieve my ultimate goal. I know that I am not a young girl, and I will never have that 20 year old body again, but after having 4 children and saggy breasts for so many years, I am so happy that I found Dr Pousti and made the decision to do this for myself. I have worked in the medical industry for 33 years, and have worked with many physicians. I have never met a more compassionate, kind and caring Physician before meeting Dr Pousti. He and his wonderful staff go above and beyond to make you feel important and that you matter. After each procedure I have received a phone call daily to check on me. Im so happy I found Dr Pousti and would highly recommend him, his office and his surgery center!
