Dr. Jeff Umansky made a huge difference in my life. I went to him 8 years ago for an otoplasty (ear pinning) that I had wanted since childhood. I was so insecure I never wore my hair down, making certain looks (and activities) unattainable. When I finally decided to make a change, Dr. Umansky and his team made the whole experience so easy and painless, it was almost bittersweet. For my part, I regretted not having approached him so much sooner. I trusted him instantly and completely; and didn’t even think of approaching anyone else when another (minor) need arose just recently. Just as before, he put me at ease, vanquished the problem and -- also just as before -- made me wish I had reached out so much sooner. Thank you, Dr. Umansky, for the differences you made.
