9 Weeks Today
Felling awesome , I worked out 5 days last week and getting stronger. Life is busy and I feel so blessed to have had all my surgeries from Dr. Edelson in la Jolla ca . This is my weekly update! Xoxo
8 Weeks.... Woo Hoo Too
Yes, back to life in full swing! I'm so happy to be back to all my normal activities. Back to my gym classes, boot camp, body pump and spin. I'm still taking it easy though....as the abs need to be handled with tenderness. Squats, push-ups, lunges , arms are all fine to workout with no special modifications. Ladies I think the 8 week milestone was a real turning point for me! I still sleep with my CG I just like the way it makes me feel cozy..... I know it's crazy. Sleeping good and my legs don't ach at night so a big woo hoo on that. To everyone who's reading & writing blogs on RS..a big thank you plus hugs and kisses with your future endeavors .
