My Pico laser treatment wasn't painful. It had a slight heat to the treated area that lasted a few seconds and the entire treatment only took 5 minutes to treat my few spots.They are already fading in color. All Dr. Wu said to expect is happening. It got darker then scaly now fading. I recommend it over any other laser as it is the most advance on the market.
