Hi I am 41 one years old, I have one child and I unfortunately did NOT breast feed. Most of my life people have always commented on my breast being big for how petite I am. However I have been jogging and going to the gym more for the last few months and noticed my boobs getting smaller and saggier. This has caused me to become self-conscious and therefor look into the option of fixing my "little problem". The doc says that I dont need a lift that the implant should be able to compensate for the "moderate: sagging. I am 5'4 and 112 ponds my cup size as of lately has been a roomy 34/32 B. I would like to restore them to a over flowing C or small D. I have already been to the preop and my surgeon and I have decided on the sientra 'gummy bears" round high profile. Between 375 - 450 cc.
I am pretty nervous about going to big or too small, I guess to small is better than to big but after all the time, money and effort I have put in my expectations are high.

Hi Heather, I had a revision BA on 8/20/15. Originally, I was an A cup and the PS on my 1st BA made me a C (don't remember what he put in). People called me the little girl with the big boobs. (I weighed 106 at the time). My old implants leaked and got smaller. On my revision, the PS exchanged my implants for 475cc Mentor, round, smooth, Mod Plus profile silicone on both sides. I am still riding high so need to do some more dropping but I am wearing a 34D bra. I think I may be in a 34DD when all has dropped. I am 5'1", 116 lbs. I wanted to be a full C or small D. I think I will wind up larger than I'd wanted but that will be okay. Hope that helps. Good luck.

Thank you soo much Josette, Im getting super nervous as the time of surgery gets closer (only 2 more days). I have read that you can go larger with the hp than with the mp but all implants look so different on everyone...and that is scarey! thanks for your support.
